A desperate man enters a deadly underground game where gamblers bet on human lives.

Vince Ferro, a young electrician, is looking for a way to make a lot of money due to his family's financial problems. After accidentally obtaining cryptic instructions intended for a deceased person, he travels to an unknown destination in his place. There, wealthy spectators and gamblers are drawn into a secret death game where people's lives are at stake. Participants take part in a dangerous competition based on the rules of Russian roulette. With each round, the number of survivors decreases, and the prize increases. Vince fights not only to stay alive, but also to maintain his humanity.
