A desperate man works for the realtor who evicted his family from their home.
99 Homes is a dramatic film set in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. Builder Dennis Nash and his family are evicted from their home due to their inability to pay their mortgage. The real estate agent Rick Carver, who was responsible for evicting him, later offers Dennis a job. In order to escape financial difficulties, Dennis agrees to work with Carver and participates in the process of evicting other families from their homes. Over time, he is forced to choose between making money and his conscience. The film deeply explores the impact of the economic crisis on the lives of ordinary people, as well as moral issues and justice.
