A man must choose between love and family expectations.

Shyam, the son of a wealthy family, mistakenly believes that Radha, a servant girl, is the bride chosen for him by his father. After falling in love and promising marriage, he is sent abroad. While he is away, Radha discovers she is pregnant. Upon his return, Shyam finds that his father has arranged his marriage to another woman, forcing him to choose between family duty and true love.
