Survivors of a highway crash are hunted by Death after escaping fate.

The events of the film take place after the first part. Kimberly Corman foresees a terrible traffic accident on the highway and saves several people. But because they violate the plan of death, death begins to destroy them one by one. Kimberly studies previous events in order to save the survivors and works with Clear Rivers. They try to understand the laws of death. The film is especially remembered for the famous traffic accident scene, which keeps the viewer in constant tension with strong suspense and unexpected deaths.
