A long journey gradually brings reserved trucker Rubén closer to Jacinta and her baby daughter.

Lonely truck driver Rubén has spent years transporting timber from Asunción to Buenos Aires. During one journey, he reluctantly agrees to take Paraguayan single mother Jacinta, only to discover that her five-month-old daughter Anahí is travelling with them. At first, the taciturn driver is irritated by his unexpected passengers, but the long road gradually brings Rubén and Jacinta closer. Their quiet conversations and shared moments slowly soften his guarded nature and reveal a deep connection born from loneliness, loss and hope.
