A woman returns home and is haunted by the spirit of her dead twin sister and a dark secret from their past.
After her mother suffers an accident, Sanjana returns to her family home in Kerala with her husband, Kabir. Her return brings back painful memories of her conjoined twin sister Anjana, who died after their separation operation. Soon Sanjana begins seeing Anjana's presence in mirrors and experiencing terrifying supernatural events. Kabir initially believes that guilt and trauma are causing her visions, but the disturbing incidents become increasingly difficult to explain. As the haunting intensifies, Sanjana and Kabir are forced to uncover the truth behind Anjana's death and the dark secret surrounding the sisters' past.
