A traumatized surgeon is sent to an island where no doctor wants to stay.
Plastic surgeon Do Ji-i is required to complete his mandatory service in the public healthcare system. Hoping to avoid an assignment on a remote island because of psychological trauma, he is instead sent to an infamous island where every doctor eventually tries to escape.
