Directed by Christopher Nolan, this thriller follows Leonard Shelby, a man searching for his wife's murderer while suffering from short-term memory loss. Unable to form new memories, he uses polaroid photos and tattoos on his body to track his investigation. The film is uniquely structured in reverse chronological order, putting the audience in Leonard's disoriented state as he tries to uncover a dark truth hidden within his own fragmented mind.
