Twin brothers reunite to avenge their parents' murder and fight a crime syndicate.

Double Impact tells the story of revenge between twin brothers Chad and Alex Wagner. They were separated when their parents were murdered as children. Years later, one of them grows up in the United States and the other in Hong Kong. Their guardian, Frank Avery, reunites the twins and helps them find the criminals responsible for their parents' deaths. Together, the brothers begin to fight a dangerous crime syndicate. The film is known for its action scenes, car chases, and the simultaneous performance of two heroes by Jean-Claude Van Damme. It is considered one of the classic examples of 1990s action films.
