A shy office worker falls in love with his strict female boss.

"Office Romance" is one of the most popular romantic comedies of the Soviet era, telling the story of the relationship between Anatoly Novoseltsev, an ordinary employee of the Moscow Statistical Office, and his strict boss Lyudmila Kalugina. Novoseltsev is a shy and timid person due to failures in his career and personal life. Kalugina is known as a cold and strict leader. However, as they get to know each other better during the work process, their feelings gradually change. The film depicts the themes of human relationships, loneliness and love in the workplace with humor and warmth. This work by Eldar Ryazanov is considered one of the classic masterpieces of Soviet cinema.
