After returning from a camping trip, teenagers discover an invasion and fight to survive and save their families.

Seven teenagers head into the Australian wilderness for a few days of camping, leaving their hometown behind. When they return, they discover that their country has been invaded, their town occupied and their families taken prisoner. Cut off from the outside world, the friends must learn to survive and join the fight against the invading forces.
