A man must fight crime when his relatives disappear at a dangerous ice factory.

In the film, a young Chinese man, Cheng Chao-an, goes to Bangkok to work with his relatives who have fled to the mountains to find work, where he starts working in an ice factory. Although he swore to his mother not to fight, he discovers crime and drug smuggling in the factory. His relatives disappear, and Cheng breaks his promise and faces the "Big Boss" as a powerful warrior. The film features powerful kung fu scenes, fights for justice, and stories of personal will with a strong dramatic tone.
