Two paramedics face a chaotic 24-hour shift while training a rookie and confronting the harsh realities of emergency work.

The film tells the story of two paramedics, Randy and Mike. They are paramedics working in Los Angeles, working in a very difficult and stressful work environment. Randy is tired of his many years of work and decides to move on to another job. However, before he leaves, he has to train a new employee, Jessica. During their 24-hour shift, they encounter various emergencies, injuries, crimes and funny situations.
