Fanny Price faces love, class, and difficult choices.
Fanny Price comes from a poor family and is sent to Mansfield Park, an estate where wealthy relatives live as a child. There, Fanny feels like a stranger, but Edmund Bertram is always kind to her. Over the years, Fanny grows into a well-mannered and intelligent girl. When the attractive Henry and Mary Crawford arrive at the estate, the family's relationships become complicated. Henry tries to win Fanny's love, while Mary is attracted to Edmund. Fanny has to choose between her moral values and her feelings. The film explores love, social status, and human qualities.
