A young man journeys through a monster world to reunite with his love.

The events of the film take place seven years after the "monster apocalypse". The Earth has been taken over by giant mutated creatures, and people are forced to live underground. An ordinary guy named Joel reconnects with his old girlfriend Aimee via radio. To see her, he embarks on a dangerous adventure. Along the way, he fights various creatures, difficulties and his own fears. During the journey, Joel gradually becomes a braver and more independent person. The film presents the themes of love, survival and finding oneself in a light and adventurous spirit.
