A CIA agent stops a terror–cartel alliance plot.

Experienced Special Agent John Harmon is assigned to stop an alliance of Islamic extremists and Mexican drug traffickers who are trying to smuggle dangerous weapons and terrorists into the United States. Together with his small but skilled team, his goal is to pit the two criminal forces against each other. As a result of the confrontations, battles and strategic games that arise in Istanbul, he fights ideological enemies, while at the same time crossing the line between life and death in life-threatening situations.
