Reality-show contestants become prey for a family of cannibals in the West Virginia wilderness

A group of reality-show contestants travels deep into the forests of West Virginia to participate in an extreme survival program. Their assignment is to live in the wilderness without modern comforts while cameras document their every move. The game quickly turns into a real fight for survival when they discover that the forest is home to a family of horribly deformed cannibals. The creatures begin hunting the contestants one by one, transforming the remote wilderness into a deadly trap. The survivors must work together, use the terrain to their advantage and find a way to escape before they become the next victims. The sequel combines slasher horror, graphic gore, dark comedy and survival-thriller elements.
