Prisoners stranded in the wilderness must survive while being hunted by a family of cannibals.

A prison transport bus crashes deep in the forests of West Virginia, leaving several convicts and a corrections officer stranded far from civilization. Their situation becomes even more dangerous when they encounter Alex, a young woman fleeing from a family of cannibals who have already murdered her friends. Forced to work together, the survivors search the wilderness for a way out while trying to avoid the hunters stalking them through the trees. But cooperation is difficult when the group is made up of criminals, guards and strangers with their own agendas. Deadly traps, brutal attacks and constant distrust turn their journey into a desperate fight for survival.
