A young heir discovers his family’s dark secret when mutant cannibals invade his inherited resort

Danny unexpectedly inherits the abandoned Hobb Springs resort in the mountains of West Virginia and travels there with his friends. The property is watched over by two strange caretakers, Jackson and Sally, whose behavior quickly makes the group suspicious. Danny soon discovers that the resort has a connection to his family and hides a disturbing history. Before long, the group encounters a clan of mutant cannibals, including the familiar killers Three Finger, Saw Tooth and One Eye. As Danny learns more about his ancestry, the trip becomes a terrifying confrontation with his own family legacy. Trapped at the isolated resort, Danny and his friends must fight their attackers and find a way to escape alive.
