An ordinary man gets involved in a fight against criminals.

“Bullet” (1999) is a Filipino action film, centered around a young man nicknamed “Bullet”. Although he is mentally retarded, he has a very strong shooting ability. One day, he accidentally films a scene of a robbery and violence committed by criminals. After this incident, he and his family are drawn into a major criminal conflict. Throughout the film, he tries to survive among criminals, the police, and dangerous gangs. The story shows how an ordinary person accidentally gets involved in a large criminal system and fights for justice. The film has a lot of dramatic and action scenes.
