A former athlete finds hope and meaning through an unexpected friendship.

The film “Where Hope Grows” tells the story of the life of former baseball player Kelvin Campbell. After his sports career ended, he became disillusioned with life, became addicted to alcohol and could not be a good father to his daughter. One day, he met a young man nicknamed “Green” at the supermarket. Although Green was born with Down syndrome, he is a very sincere, kind and joyful person. This meeting radically changes Kelvin’s life. He gradually realizes his mistakes, tries to restore his relationship with his daughter and finds a new meaning in life. The film tells a deep story about friendship, hope, forgiveness and humanity.
