A spoiled rich boy believes he lives in 17th century France.

“The Parisian Knight” is a 2024 French comedy film about a philandering boy named Louis, who grows up in a wealthy family. He spends all his time in nightclubs and entertainment, squandering his father’s money. Tired of his son’s irresponsible life, his father decides to teach him a tough lesson. Through specially organized theatrical performances, Louis feels like he has fallen into 17th-century France, during the reign of King Louis XIV. Now he is forced to live as a simple servant. Throughout the film, the hero understands the true meaning of work, responsibility, and human values. The film combines light humor, historical atmosphere, and themes of family upbringing.
