A demoted cop returns to fight bombers and criminals threatening the city.

The film revolves around police officer Chan Ka-Kui. He is demoted to a regular road patrolman due to the large losses he suffered in his previous work. However, criminals are again active and are threatening businessmen with explosions and demanding money. Therefore, Chan is again involved in an important operation. At the same time, the criminals he previously failed to arrest also try to take revenge on him.
