The film takes place in the ancient Joseon era. A group of pirates and adventurers who rule the seas embark on a dangerous journey to find the lost royal treasure. The bandit leader, Mu-chi, considers himself the most skilled swordsman, while the captain of the pirate ship, Hae-rang, is known as a brave woman who has mastered the seas. By chance, they learn the secret of the lost royal treasure. The treasure may be hidden at the bottom of the sea. To find it, they must solve various puzzles, fight stormy seas and dangerous enemies. However, other rivals also have their eyes on the treasure, and a fierce battle begins with them.
