A small detective is mistaken for a CBI agent and becomes part of a deadly conspiracy.

A private detective named Raj pretends to be a famous investigator and does various small jobs. By chance, he is mistaken for an agent of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and then finds himself at the center of a major political conspiracy. An assassination plot against the country's prime minister draws Raj into dangerous events. On the one hand, he fights criminals, and on the other hand, he tries to save his love for a girl named Seema.
