Six soldiers cross a frozen sea carrying a secret package that could end a devastating war.

In Sweden, caught in the vortex of an apocalyptic war, former figure skating champion Caroline Ed is drafted into the military. He and five other soldiers are tasked with sneaking across the ice-covered sea into enemy territory and delivering a mysterious cargo. The mission is extremely dangerous, and success can change the fate of the war. Caroline tries to find her daughter, who was lost during the war, in return for the mission. During the long journey across the ice, the group faces enemy attacks, betrayal and challenges of survival. The heroes gradually learn the true nature of the burden they are carrying and are faced with a difficult moral choice.
