A thief witnesses a presidential crime and becomes a target.

The film tells the story of an experienced thief, Luther Whitney. He enters the house of a rich man to commit a robbery and accidentally witnesses a terrible crime. The incident involving the president and his close associates ends with the death of a woman. Whitney escapes the incident, but becomes the only witness who knows the secret. Now he is forced to hide not only from the police, but also from the highest powers of the state. The film covers the themes of power, corruption and justice. The work dramatically depicts a person's struggle for truth and resistance to a dangerous system.
