An ambitious woman pursues her dream career while balancing love and success.

Donna Jensen is an ordinary girl from a small town who wants to change her life and achieve her big dreams. She chooses the profession of a flight attendant, which allows her to travel around the world. Studying in special training courses, she faces many difficulties and competitions. Donna gets closer to her goal with the help of the advice of the famous instructor Sally Weston. However, on the way to success she has to choose between friendship, love and career.
