A music-hating cop tracks down a group of guerrilla percussionists turning institutions into an anarchic live instrument.

Born into a famous musical family but utterly detesting music, a tone-deaf police officer faces his worst nightmare. A group of eccentric anarchist percussionists begins a full-scale acoustic assault on the city.They use public institutions, heavy machinery, medical equipment, and bank notes as their wild instruments. To catch these sonic terrorists, the officer must step into the chaotic world of rhythms he has spent his entire life avoiding.
