Citizens unite in a peaceful movement against corruption and injustice.
The film is dedicated to the fight against corruption and social injustice in India. Retired teacher Dwarka Anand loses her son due to government negligence and starts a protest movement demanding justice. She is joined by a young journalist Yasmin, an activist Arjun and an idealist Manav. Their peaceful protests gradually turn into a mass movement against corruption that has spread throughout the country. However, the authorities use various methods to suppress this movement. The film is inspired by Mahatma Gandhi's ideas of "satyagraha" - truth and non-violent resistance, and highlights issues of civic stance, justice and political responsibility.
