A heartbroken musician finds new love, only to face another emotional challenge.

Prem Kapoor is a talented but poor musician who dreams of marrying his long-time love, Nisha. However, Nisha, due to family problems, chooses to marry a rich man, breaking Prem's heart. The depressed young man accidentally meets a cheerful and kind girl named Priya. A sincere friendship develops between them, and over time, Prem falls in love with Priya. But Priya also has her own plans and a fiancé living in America. The film explores the themes of love, loyalty, hope and destiny through funny and emotional scenes.
