London faces catastrophic flooding as engineers race to save the city.

London is hit by a massive flood caused by heavy rain and rising seas. When the city's protective barriers collapse, the entire city center is in danger of being submerged. Experienced engineer Rob Morrison and his team race against time to save millions of people. Government infighting and technical problems make the situation even more difficult. As the water level rises rapidly, the characters are forced to make difficult choices between their personal lives and their great responsibilities. The film dramatically shows the consequences of natural disaster, human courage and systemic errors.
