A man is trapped in a collapsed tunnel while rescuers race against time to save him.

The film tells the story of an ordinary car salesman, Lee Jung-soo. While he is returning home, a tunnel suddenly collapses and he is trapped under concrete. He has only a little water and a phone with him. Rescue services race against time to try to get him out alive. At the same time, the decisions of society and the government raise questions about how much human life is valued. The struggle with loneliness, fear and hope inside the tunnel is depicted. The film realistically shows human endurance and the will to survive.
