During the turbulent Three Kingdoms period, China is divided by constant warfare and political struggle. Zhao Zilong begins his journey as an ordinary soldier and gradually rises through the ranks to become a legendary general. Through years of battles, he earns a reputation for courage, loyalty and exceptional military skill while serving his kingdom. As an old warrior, Zhao looks back on a lifetime shaped by war, friendship and duty. When a powerful enemy threatens his homeland once again, he joins one final campaign despite his age. The battle becomes a test not only of his abilities as a commander, but also of his loyalty and determination. Inspired by Luo Guanzhong’s classic novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the film focuses on Zhao Zilong’s rise, legacy and final confrontation.
