Winnetou helps Apanatschi defend her gold inheritance from ruthless outlaws.
The film takes place in the territory of the Apache tribe. The young and brave Apanatchi inherits the right to large gold mines from his father. As soon as the news of this wealth spreads, criminals, swindlers and greedy adventurers begin to try to get hold of the gold. Apanatchi is in danger, and the legendary chief of the Apache tribe Winnetou and his loyal friend Old Shatterhand come to his aid. They fight to protect the girl, save the gold mines and stop the criminals. The film reflects the ideas of friendship, courage, loyalty and justice, typical of the classic Carl May westerns, and contains many scenes of action and adventure.
