After spending five years stranded on a remote island, billionaire Oliver Queen returns to Starling City, where he was presumed dead. Although he appears to be the same wealthy playboy, his experiences have transformed him completely. At night, Oliver becomes a hooded vigilante known as the Arrow, targeting criminals and corrupt figures throughout the city. As his mission grows, he forms a team of allies and faces increasingly dangerous enemies.
