The events of the film continue after the first part. Raccoon City is overrun with zombies due to the T-virus. Alice wakes up in the hospital and learns that the city is completely quarantined. The Umbrella company sends in military forces to control the situation, but the virus spreads quickly. Alice joins forces with the survivors and tries to leave the city. At the same time, they encounter a powerful biological weapon - Nemesis. Time is running out, as the government plans to destroy the city with a nuclear strike. The film is full of tense events that test survival, courage and humanity.
